To provide residents and guests with high quality food and beverage service.
- Resident Service of noon meal and dessert, staff meals
- Proper breakdown, cooling, labeling, dating of leftovers
- Clean and sanitize service area, pots, pan equipment, food contact surfaces
- Prep/Baking as directed by Supervisor
- Any other duties as directed by Supervisor
- Customer service orientated
- Ability to accept/discharge responsibilities and tasks efficiently, with minimal supervision
- Maintain high level of cleanliness/sanitation
